Beachland Holiday FlatsBeachland Holiday Flats are situated at the north end of the Parade. Seven flats are available, two have a sea view. Flats sleep from 2 to 8 people. All have fully equipped kitchens including refrigerator and some also have a freezer. Duvets and pillows are provided but you need to provide your own bed linen and towels or you can hire them for a small charge. Children's cots and high chairs are available for a charge. Some flats are accessible by wheelchair but cannot be recommended for someone who is totally wheelchair dependant. Electricity is supplied by £1 meter. These flats are close to shops and restaurants. Beachlands has its own Tea Room which serves breakfasts, sandwiches, and snacks. It is open from Easter to mid-October. Address:

Avon Self Catering Holiday ApartmentsThese Skegness holiday flats are situated on the South Parade. Two of the apartments have a sea view. They sleep from three to six people and have a bathroom with shower. The kitchens have a full cooker, refrigerator, and microwave. They have TV, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and shaver points.
