Caravanning is becoming more popular than ever in the UK. Some people own their own and it is like taking their own home with them on holiday. Others simply rent a static caravan in an area they want to visit. It makes traveling easier with children and many parks offer great activities for adults and children alike.
There are plenty of parks to choose from in Lincolnshire and you can choose the area you want to be in. Many of the parks offer caravan pitches for your own caravan or static caravans on site, and camping areas if you want to use a tent. One thing to watch when you book a static caravan is whether or not they supply bed linens. Some do and some don't so be sure to ask.
The Pilgrams Way Camping and Caravan Park is located just off the A52 at Fishtoft one mile from
Boston
in a quiet location. The location is good if you want to visit
Skegness
and other towns such as

Stamford.
A five-star public toilet and shower block is provided. The site has a chemical toilet disposal point. You can park your car on your own pitch.

The White Cat Caravan and Camping Park is located eight miles north of Boston
on the A52. There are pitches for both caravans and tents. Static caravans are available on both a nightly and a weekly basis. There is a public toilet and shower facility, wash room with washer and dryer, children's play area, and chemical toilet disposal point.

Caister Fisheries offers caravan pitches and tent pitches for both large and small tents. There are toilets, showers, pot washing facilities, and washers and dryers available. An on site cafe serves breakfast all day plus beef burgers and other light fare. Static caravans are available by the week, weekend, or midweek rental. They are fully equipped and include TV. All bed linens are provided. The main thing here is the fishing. The three fishing ponds are naturally fed with spring water. Caister is at the northern edge of
the Wolds
and makes a great caravanning location if you want to explore this area.
Shortferry Caravan Park is located seven miles from the city of
Lincoln.
You can rent a static caravan or bring your own. Tent pitches are not available. There is an on-site heated swimming pool, shuffleboard court, and children's play area. Both river and lake fishing are available as well as toilets, shower facilities, laundry room, and grocery shop. A pub is also on site. All for your caravanning pleasure.

Sunnydale on the Lincolnshire coast between

offers pitches for caravans. Tents and tent trailers are not accepted. This is the ultimate in caravanning park living. Facilities provided are soft play area, adventure playground, swimming pool, kiosk, fishing pond, darts, and laundry facilities. The Windmill offers snacks and meals. Woodthorpe Hall Leisure Park takes its name from the 17th Century house which sits in the heart of the park. Pitches are available for both touring caravans and tents. Static caravans are available. Facilities include toilets, showers, chemical disposal point, food shop, gas, pub restaurant, laundry facility, and fishing. The park also has an 18-hole golf course. Located 3.5 miles from Alford on the B1373.

Silver Birches Caravan Park is located at

There is a well-stocked fishing lake on site and fishing is free for residents.
