This neat and clean caravan park is for adults only. It is located in the village of Holbeach nr Spalding where there are pubs, restaurants, and a food shop within a short walking distance. There is bus service every half hour to Spalding and Kings Lynn. Pets are allowed.

There are 44 16amp caravan and tent sites. Facilities on site are toilet/showers, laundry, dish washing area, and chemical disposal point. The park is open year round.

Hagbeach Manor Caravan Park

As the name implies, this caravan park is located on the grounds of an 18th Century farmhouse. This is an adult only park. There are 14 16amp hookups with two hardstanding. Toilets, showers, chemical disposal point, and disabled facilities available. Pets are welcome.

Half a mile away are a food shop, gas, pub, and restaurant. The park is open March through November.

If you love to fish or camp close to water this is a good place for you. It is only a short drive into Spalding. The park has pitches for both caravans and tents. Electical hookups are available as are toilet and shower facilities. There is a basic dishwashing facility. A restaurant is on site.
